TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Terms

By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or misconduct.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Reservations: Book via website, phone (0411 878 127), or in-person.

  • High-Demand Services (e.g., weddings): Require ≥ 72 hours’ notice.

  • Confirmation: SMS/email reminders sent 48 hours prior.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Late Cancellation (<24 hours): 25% of service cost.

  • No-Show: 100% service charge.

  • Late Arrival (>10 mins): Service may be shortened/rescheduled (25% fee applies).

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices: Subject to change; confirmed at booking.

  • Payment Methods: Cash, VISA/Mastercard, Afterpay.

  • Deposits: Non-refundable for:

    • Services > 3 hours (e.g., colour corrections).

    • Wedding/event bookings.
      (Deducted from final bill).

5. Refunds and Returns

Services

  • Refund requests within 24 hours of appointment completion only.

  • Maximum refund: 20% of service cost (if approved).

  • Not eligible:

    • Complaints after 24 hours.

    • Results influenced by client-provided instructions or aftercare neglect.

    • Chemical outcomes affected by pre-existing treatments.

Products

  • Unopened: Full refund within 14 days with receipt.

  • Opened/Used: Non-refundable (hygiene policy).

6. Client Responsibility

  • Allergies: Disclose all allergies/sensitivities before service.

  • Patch Tests: Available upon request at no charge for clients with sensitivity concerns.

  • Aftercare: Results vary based on home maintenance. Non-compliance voids refund eligibility.

  • Children: Minors under 12 must be supervised.

7. Liability

  • Health Disclosure: Inform us of pregnancies, scalp conditions, or recent hair treatments.

  • Personal Belongings: Not liable for loss/damage to items.

  • Service Risks: You accept inherent risks (e.g., hair breakage from lightening).

8. Data Protection

Handled per [Privacy Policy Link]. Contact details used for reminders/promotions (opt-out available).

9. Amendments

Current version always at [Link to T&C page] or in-salon.

10. Force Majeure

Not liable for cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or staff emergencies.
    (Rescheduled without penalty).
