2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointment Reservations: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee, as detailed below.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Late Cancellation Fee: A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of [Fee Amount] or a percentage of the service cost.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in the full service charge.

  • Allergies and Sensitivities: It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before the service begins. Patch tests are available for clients who may be concerned about skin reactions to products.

  • Results and Maintenance: Hair results may vary depending on individual hair types and maintenance. We provide aftercare advice and recommend following this guidance to ensure optimal results.

7. Liability

  • Service Risks: We take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, clients are responsible for informing us of any health conditions or recent procedures that may affect the service.

  • Damage and Theft: We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings while in our salon.
